Production Specialist
We are looking for a Production Specialist to assist us with key production projects! As a PS, you will closely collaborate with the Senior Production Manager to ensure the highest quality of projects for our clients and effectively manage projects. Communication skills and organizational skills are essential to be able to carry out complex projects. In the PS position, the ability to quickly solve problems to deliver the best solutions to clients is crucial. Therefore, we are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can make quick and accurate decisions. If you enjoy a dynamic environment and like challenges, this job is for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of assigned tasks in the production department,
- Basic knowledge of POS material production,
- Checking the timeliness of suppliers, monitoring schedules, and the progress of planned actions,
- Troubleshooting in assigned tasks,
- Self-control of the time allocated for task execution,
- Internal reporting to the Senior Production Manager of completed tasks in the project.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or on the producer side of POS materials, and at least one year of experience in a similar position,
- Commitment, attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment,
- Ability to build long-term, partner relationships with suppliers,
- Basic knowledge of the English language,
- Excellent time management skills,
- Knowledge of Excel,
- Task-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Senior Production Manager
We are looking for a Senior Production Manager to manage key production projects. The SPM will be in constant contact with creative teams, designers, and project managers to ensure projects are executed at the highest level. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, who can manage complex projects and multiple tasks at once. If problem-solving and strategic thinking come naturally to you, join us!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, coordinating and delegating work within the production department in agreement with specialists from the department,
- Knowledge of production of POS materials,
- Control and ongoing correction of production team work, monitoring schedules and progress of planned activities,
- Resolving current project problems and maintaining workflow,
- Monitoring the time spent on production tasks,
- Internal reporting and evaluation of completed projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an advertising agency or as a producer of POS materials, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Commitment, attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment,
- Ability to build long-term, partnership relationships with suppliers,
- English – B2,
- Excellent self-organization, team planning and priority setting skills,
- Expertise in preparing estimates and cost optimization,
- Task-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to support and manage client and project relationships. The AM will work closely with the creative, strategy, and production teams to efficiently manage all project elements. Do you have interpersonal communication and project management skills? Are competencies such as strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time not a problem for you? Join us!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of complex and cross-sectional projects carried out in the agency (POS materials, BTL, strategy)
- Direct cooperation with clients from Poland and around the world
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Maintaining high work standards – we are known for quality among our clients
- Managing projects based on modern work management programs
- Coordinating work and collaborating with subcontractors
- Creating presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries
- Creating and monitoring schedules and task completion times
- Budget control and supervision of current project profitability
- Solving current project problems independently and maintaining work fluidity
- Summarizing and settling completed projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an advertising agency or on the side of POS material production and at least one year of experience in a similar position
